Price-cut Tomas Quintana: Large Buffalo

Fabulous large buffalo by Mata Ortiz artist Tomas Quintana. Tomas lives down the road to Mata Ortiz and for many years has been an admirer of the work of the potters. On his own he has developed a unique style of creating effigies. He has won numerous awards for his figures including the yearly Concurso de Ceramica de Mata Ortiz.
He has a beautiful style of very well formed figures with amazing painting such as this impressive buffalo.
